Recycling isn’t always the most exciting chore, even though we know it’s good for the environment. Between sorting, crushing and taking paper off, it’s easier to just throw it in the garbage. Our recycling rates prove that this is the case.
So what if you could take an ordinary item like wrappers, plastic bottles, etc. and turn them into something you can use – saving money and waste? NBC and TerraCycle came up with a fun way to show us how to turn garbage into eco-friendly, money-saving products.
