Tom Shirley, President of New First National Bank in Rosenburg, will be providing the construction loan on our new Green Spec Home, “The Italian Farmhouse” in FulBrook.
The home will feature a number of Green Building Techniques including the design, which incorporates sun and wind modeling, along with clear story windows for natural lighting. The home also features tankless water heaters, foam insulation and green framing techniques to save lumber resources and also make the home more energy efficient.
Courtland will be filming the construction of the home to demonstrate all of our Green Building ideas and techniques to our potential customers and existing customers. Look for updates to come and follow the progress in our newsletter and on our website!
